Marty McCue, Principal Attorney: Marty McCue has been recognized as the leading real estate attorney for over 18 years. His number one priority has always been a focus on helping people in financial hardship find the support they need. He is involved with our client from the beginning starting with the initial client consultations, these initial consultation sessions allows for detailing of each client’s specific situation and offers a venue for advising them of different options available and the legal ramifications associated with each.  Marty reviews all lender approval letters working to achieve the optimum release language and interprets the final terms of the approval letter to the client.

Patrick Keery, Executive Director: As the professional whose primary responsibility lies with management of all individuals involved in the processing of the client file, Patrick is also present during the client’s initial consultation.  Patrick ensures that the file strategy formulated for each specific client is consistently and efficiently implemented by the firm’s personnel. As such, Patrick plays a very active role in the final lender negotiations especially as it pertains to reaffirmation of debt and release language.
